In delevering the bike, It can take upto 1 hour.
Our firm vehicle can't use in any kind of bike racing, events or similar activities. Do Not Drink And Drive.
The hirer should have his own valid driving license.
The firm shall provide the helmet to hirer. The hirer should wear the same while driving. The hirer will born any penalty impose due to not wearing the helmet.
Fuel costs would be borne by hirer. Firm has no responsibility for fuel consumption and mileage. Hirer need to fill the tank at his own discretion and required.
Renting two wheeler vehicle can't be given or transfer to any other person.
Hirer should give the clear information about place and time of vehicle using. In case you cant's submit the vehicle on given time to station, please inform to our customer care number (09644-905-905) otherwise vehicle engine will automatically turned-off and the firm will charge the penalty.
Hirer will not use the vehicle for any illegal purpose / activities.
The vehicle cannot be used for any kind of loading and unloading. Firm will charge the penalty if you found driving with more than two passengers, over speeding (Normal Vehicle-70kmph, Avenger/Pulser-80kmph, Royal Enfield-90kmph) , harsh braking, rash driving etc.
Any kind of traffic penalty would be paid by hirer only.
In case firm receives any e-challan (crossing the red signal etc.) after vehicle being used, the hirer will have to pay the penalty. In case of failure to pay the penalty the firm could process to cancel hirer's driving license.
The Hirer will be responsible for any kind of damage(s) due to theft, accident or any kind of misuse of vehicle.
Firm is not responsible for any kind of claim or dispute arises due to accident.
All the accidental repair or replacement of parts work would be done by firm at his choice workshop. The hirer shall pay all charges incurred in repairing of vehicle along with daily rental payment for the number of days the vehicle in workshop for repair.
Hirer will use the vehicle in Madhya Pradesh only.
In case Hirer fail to follow the above conditions, the firm is free to impose the penalty which would be borne by the hirer.
Any dispute arising under these terms and conditions shall be subject to the jurisdictions of the court of Indore (MP) only.
If Any Reason Vehicle Is Not Available We Have Rights To Cancelled Your Booking Any Time.
I have read, understand and agree to comply with the above terms & condition authorizing me to drive a firm vehicle and willingly the agreement was signed by me.
